Men\u00e9ndez y del Segundo Comandante de la Div. Ejercito III, Coronel Richard Fontoura, del jefe del Reg. 5to. Tte. Coronel Fernando Cruz y del Sub Jefe de Polic\u00eda Com. Gral.
