Muchos hogares uruguayos ya son 100% libres de humo de trabaco, pero otros a\u00fan no, por eso la Comisi\u00f3n Honoraria de Lucha Contra el C\u00e1ncer, en el \u201cD\u00eda Mundial Sin Humo de Tabaco\u201d nos comparte tres recomendaciones para lograrlo y desde la Intendencia nos unimos a esta iniciativa compartiendo el siguiente mensaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 \u2013 Reunirse quienes conviven en el mismo hogar y hacer una lista de las razones que los motiva y el por qu\u00e9 puede ser beneficioso para ellos<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 \u2013 Conversar sobre a qu\u00e9 lugares al aire libre pueden ir los fumadores cuando necesiten fumar. Es necesario quitar los ceniceros dentro de la casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3 \u2013 Elegir una fecha de inicio. Mantener la casa sin humo de tabaco no siempre es f\u00e1cil, esta tarea ser\u00e1 un proceso continuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
