Men\u00e9ndez inform\u00f3 que con esta propuesta se ayudar\u00e1 a contrarrestar los efectos del d\u00e9ficit h\u00eddrico que afecta el departamento y cuya zona m\u00e1s afectada es la de los alrededores de la ciudad de Tacuaremb\u00f3 junto con otras \u00e1reas en zona de la cuarta, s\u00e9ptima y octava secci\u00f3n policial.
