Men\u00e9ndez quien se desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 en esta responsabilidad hasta el final del periodo. En sus primeras horas el flamante Intendente asisti\u00f3 al desfile inaugural del Carnaval y en la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes 10 de febrero design\u00f3 a la Esc.
