Los Formularios est\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n de los interesados en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Prodema, Club Tacuaremb\u00f3, Escuela Agraria y en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, Radio Zorrilla, Radio Tacuaremb\u00f3, Canal 7 y Canal 4.
