Esta es una disciplina tradicional, f\u00edsica y mental cuya naturaleza real se integra plenamente al mundo activo y dentro de \u00e9l desarrolla los beneficios que cient\u00edficamente otorga ayud\u00e1ndonos a vivir mejor. Estas propuestas tienen el respaldo de la Embajada de INDIA en Uruguay, junto con las Intendencias de Montevideo, Canelones, Maldonado, Rocha y Tacuaremb\u00f3. Yoga: el termino simboliza la uni\u00f3n del cuerpo con la mente y en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas millones de personas en el mundo incursionan como aficionados siendo en occidente su practica con un perfil m\u00e1s f\u00edsico que mental.
