la apertura de ofertas para la licitaci\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1 la reforma del Complejo Javier Barrios Amor\u00edn, con el objetivo de crear una cocina especializada y habilitar la llegada de carreras y cursos de gastronom\u00eda a Tacuaremb\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prosecretario general de la Intendencia Departamental de Tacuaremb\u00f3, Pedro Permanyer, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este proceso, que busca capacitar a la poblaci\u00f3n local y de la regi\u00f3n Norte en el \u00e1rea gastron\u00f3mica. \u00abHace un a\u00f1o venimos trabajando con el Instituto Crandon y la Escuela Gato Dumas para que puedan dictarse carreras y cursos cortos en Tacuaremb\u00f3\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa, que comenz\u00f3 a gestarse el a\u00f1o pasado y contin\u00faa con la actual gesti\u00f3n del intendente Eber Da Rosa, tiene como finalidad fortalecer el sector gastron\u00f3mico de la ciudad, beneficiando tanto a emprendedores como trabajadores de restaurantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, convertir\u00e1 a Tacuaremb\u00f3 en el \u00fanico departamento del Norte del pa\u00eds en ofrecer formaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica de este nivel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seis empresas se presentaron a la licitaci\u00f3n, y la inversi\u00f3n prevista por la IDT para llevar adelante las obras asciende a 12 millones de pesos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
