Art\u00edculo 1ro. Decl\u00e1rase que el fraccionamiento de los Padrones Nros. 180, 184, 185 y 187 de la Localidad Tambores, proyectado por MEVIR, es de inter\u00e9s social y por lo tanto se encuentra comprendido dentro de la excepci\u00f3n del literal B) del art\u00edculo 16 de la Ley 10.723, en la redacci\u00f3n dada por el art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 19.044.Art\u00edculo 2do. Conc\u00e9dase la anuencia al Ejecutivo Departamental, para proceder a la apertura de calles de los inmuebles antedichos, seg\u00fan consta en el plano de mensura y fraccionamiento del Ing. Agr. Andr\u00e9s Pis\u00f3n Artagaveytia de fecha 22 de junio de 2018 y para aceptar la cesi\u00f3n a su nombre, del solar N\u00ba 51 del referido plano. (Expte. 2545\/2018). EL INTENDENTE DE TACUAREMBO.
