Ser\u00e1 un espacio para intercambiar ideas, visiones, realizar un an\u00e1lisis de las fortalezas y debilidades de la gastronom\u00eda local, para de esta forma poder construir una agenda de trabajo y capacitaciones para el a\u00f1o 2024. El mismo se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el lunes 11 de diciembre a la hora 17:30 en Gral.
