Aunque promueve la actividad f\u00edsica, su enfoque principal es fomentar la integraci\u00f3n social y la recreaci\u00f3n de los adultos mayores sin poner demasiada presi\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de esfuerzo f\u00edsico, riesgos o lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el taller, se cubrieron varios aspectos relacionados con el Newcom, que incluyeron la din\u00e1mica del juego, el reglamento, aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y t\u00e1cticos, as\u00ed como la instrucci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y pr\u00e1ctica para jugar correctamente.
