{"id":14628,"date":"2022-06-24T09:49:13","date_gmt":"2022-06-24T12:49:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tacuarembo.gub.uy\/?p=14628"},"modified":"2022-07-05T15:39:44","modified_gmt":"2022-07-05T18:39:44","slug":"en-la-terminal-de-omnibus-se-descubrio-una-escultura-de-carlos-gardel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tacuarembo.gub.uy\/?p=14628","title":{"rendered":"En la Terminal de \u00f3mnibus se descubri\u00f3 una escultura de Carlos Gardel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco de la Semana Gardeliana que ofrece un variado programa art\u00edstico y recorrida por las escuelas reivindicando la nacionalidad del Tacuaremboense Inmortal, se descubri\u00f3 esta escultura del reconocido artista uruguayo Amado Chihan, fallecido en 2014 y que hab\u00eda elegido en vida el destino de su obra; que se concreta en este a\u00f1o 2022.<br><strong>AMADO CHIHAN<\/strong><br>Naci\u00f3 en Montevideo en 1927, curs\u00f3 estudios en la escuela de Bellas Artes de Montevideo con Severino Pose, adem\u00e1s curs\u00f3 estudios en la Escuela de la Construcci\u00f3n en la \u00e9poca de Cant\u00fa. Ha sido galardonado con innumerables premios y reconocimientos a lo largo de su carrera, y en 1999 le conceden -junto a otras figuras- la pensi\u00f3n graciable por parte del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica entendiendo que se trata de personas que estuvieron profundamente involucradas en el quehacer cultural al cual dedicaron su vida.<br>En 1976 realiz\u00f3 el monumento \u00abA la madre\u00bb, emplazado en la Plaza \u00abBar\u00f3n de R\u00edo Branco\u00bb, en la ciudad de Minas, Lavalleja.
