El documento fue rubricado por el presidente de la CND Cr. Jorge Perazzo y su vicepresidente Ec. Germ\u00e1n Ben\u00edtez y por el Intendente de Tacuaremb\u00f3 Dr Eber da Rosa y el Secretario General Dr Jos\u00e9 Men\u00e9ndez. El Objetivo del convenio consiste en sentar las bases de colaboraci\u00f3n a los efectos de que la CND administre por su cuenta y orden de la Intendencia de Tacuaremb\u00f3 los fondos que le sean transferidos y en brindar asesoramiento sobre la estructuraci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de infraestructura en el departamento.
