Silvia Emaldi dijo que \u00abla firma de ambos convenios es muy importante para avanzar en el Uruguay sostenible, en movilidad el\u00e9ctrica y el cuidado del medio ambiente para esta y futuras generaciones\u00bb. \u00abEn 2020 en Uruguay hab\u00eda algo m\u00e1s de 700 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, en 2021 se duplic\u00f3 y continuar\u00e1 evolucionando\u201d, dijo la jerarca del ente energ\u00e9tico. Por su parte, el intendente de Tacuaremb\u00f3, Wilson Ezquerra, agradeci\u00f3 los aportes de UTE, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este tipo de acuerdos y tambi\u00e9n le traslad\u00f3 a las autoridades la necesidad de trabajar para que llegue la electrificaci\u00f3n rural a 5 familias en la zona de la Rosada, hecho que el ente energ\u00e9tico est\u00e1 en conocimiento y se avanzar\u00e1
