Los diferentes cuadros de honor con sus abanderados y escoltas, de las instituciones departamentales, entonaron estrofas del Himno Nacional y el mensaje hist\u00f3rico estuvo a cargo en esta oportunidad por parte del Cnel. Andr\u00e9s Torello, segundo comandante de la DIV.E.III.
