La adjudicaci\u00f3n fue mediante un llamado abierto que inclu\u00eda cupos para funcionarios departamentales d\u00f3nde con sus propias manos estas familias trabajaron cumpliendo determinado horario y junto a los operarios referentes se avanz\u00f3 hasta este d\u00eda esperado.
