Estas incluyen un plan nucleado de 8 viviendas en Cuchilla del Omb\u00fa y 15 viviendas dispersas en Pueblo Heriberto. Las viviendas de Cuchilla del Omb\u00fa ser\u00e1n nombradas: \u201cArq. Omar L\u00f3pez Shannon\u00a8 en homenaje a quien fue director de MEVIR y arquitecto de distintas de obras en el departamento, estando a cargo de los primeros planes que se construyeron en la localidad. Se contar\u00e1 con la presencia de la ministra de Vivienda, la Dra. Irene Moreira, el secretario general de la Intendencia de Tacuaremb\u00f3, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Omar Men\u00e9ndez y del presidente de MEVIR, Arq. Juan Pablo Delgado. Esta intervenci\u00f3n incluye una importante obra de saneamiento que contribuye a la construcci\u00f3n de comunidad sustentable. En Cuchilla del Omb\u00fa se construy\u00f3 una ampliaci\u00f3n de red de agua potable y de saneamiento y se conect\u00f3 a la existente. En el caso de pueblo Heriberto en la mayor\u00eda de los casos se hicieron fosas s\u00e9pticas y conexiones a red de agua potable. En Tacuaremb\u00f3 MEVIR tiene hasta el momento 2454 intervenciones construidas.
