Gral. Jos\u00e9 O. Men\u00e9ndez quienes junto a los hijos del homenajeado, Ignacio, Mario y Yusara Dalto y dem\u00e1s autoridades departamentales de Tacuaremb\u00f3 y Paysand\u00fa, procedieron en un emotivo acto a inaugurar una sala, cumpliendo de esta manera con el deseo del profesional, que tanto sirvi\u00f3 en la villa, de que sus pertenencias profesionales quedar\u00e1n en Tambores.<br>El doctor Dalto se gradu\u00f3 en medicina a los 26 a\u00f1os de edad y se vino a vivir a villa Tambores, llegando en tren, en una tarde fr\u00eda y ventosa de invierno para hacerse cargo de la policl\u00ednica del lugar, cumpliendo esta tarea durante 17 a\u00f1os. Al tiempo que contrajo matrimonio y tuvo tres hijos en esta localidad. Muy querido y apreciado por su vocaci\u00f3n de servicio con su casa siempre de puertas abiertas para tender su mano al pr\u00f3jimo.
