Se accede a este servicio previo informe del equipo t\u00e9cnico de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Desarrollo Social y tiene como fin lograr el autoconstrucci\u00f3n con asesoramiento, reparando viviendas con problemas edilicios, situaciones de hacinamiento, especiales, colecho y tambi\u00e9n se atienden las necesidades sanitarias que se presenten.
