Tiene una capacidad para 250 estudiantes y llega para facilitar los procesos de expansi\u00f3n universitaria, logrando un mayor desarrollo. Es de desatacar que en el proyecto se contempla, la instalaci\u00f3n de bicicleteros techados, se forest\u00f3 el \u00e1rea y el jard\u00edn tendr\u00e1 un cerco perimetral con portones controlados por video vigilancia, con apertura desde el control central entre una cantidad de detalles que le dar\u00e1n funcionalidad al d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las personas que van a residir en esta
