Es idea del Intendente Departamental despertar en quienes pasan por el lugar ese buen \u00e1nimo y sentido de pertenencia a una ciudad ante un a\u00f1o que ha sido muy complejo por la emergencia sanitaria que nos afecta a todos y nos plantea la necesidad de cuidarnos para cuidar a los dem\u00e1s.
